We may obtain a commission or other benefit from such links and any such income or benefit will not be repaid to you but kept by ourselves to support our websites and services offered.

If you wish to terminate the Agreement or your GO20 LIMITED [UK] account, you may simply discontinue using our Services.

All provisions of the Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Our Services are provided “AS IS.” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. GO20 LIMITED [UK] and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither GO20 LIMITED [UK] , nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

From time to time things go wrong and we work hard to put things right as soon as YOU NOTIFY US.  

We will have issued you with a Contract Note containing our Full Terms and Conditions of Supply when you agree to purchase Goods or Services from Us, the following terms ONLY apply where we have not agreed a Contract of Supply.   Please talk before you litigate as we can often find an acceptable solution….!  However, if we can’t then please note the following:

NO member of staff except a DIRECTOR can vary any of our Terms or Conditions AND/OR enter into verbal contracts, and none shall be honoured UNLESS CONFIRMED IN WRITING.  It is your obligation to write or email us to notify us of any such alterations you might subsequently wish to rely upon in Court or similar proeedings. 

Except to the extent any applicable law provides otherwise, the Agreement and any access to or use of our website including any advice contained therein will be governed by the LAWS OF ENGLAND.

You will NOT issue any claim, threaten or commence any other action elsewhere or in or under any other jurisdiction or legal framework without our consent in writing and we reserve the absolute right to charge you at our professional rates for all our time and expenses should you do otherwise with a minimum case opening fee of: 

  1. NO CASE OPENING FEE if action commenced in THE CANTERBURY COUNTY COURT under ENGLISH LAW.
  2. £500 if opened in the UNITED KINGDOM but NOT the CANTERBURY COUNTY COURT. This includes the MONEY CLAIMS ONLINE SERVICE, Welsh, Scottish or Northern Irish Courts or Legislation.
  3. £1000 in handling any defamation on Social Media or any other publication.
  4. £2000 if opened within the EUROPEAN UNION
  5. £3000 if ANY DIRECTOR, MEMBER OF STAFF or SHAREHOLDER is joined in a personal capacity.
  6. £5000 IF ISSUED ELSEWHERE including WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
  7. £10000 IF COMMENCED UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL FRAMEWORK except THE LAWS OF ENGLAND.

These fees become payable and are aggregated on receipt of:

  1. Any notice of proposed or threatened legal action from you or a representative, i.e. your lawyer,
  2. Posting any slander, libel or threat or notice of legal action on any public forum including Social Media, for example facebook or
  3. The receipt of any Court, legal style [Pro Forma, unstamped Court Forms, Baillif threats or similar] Notice IRRESPECTIVE of whether the action is subsequently discontinued or any threat contained therein was subsequently found to be unforceble or intended only to draw attention..
  4. You join any director or other member of staff in any action without first obaining the consent of the CANTERBURY COUNTY COURT.
  5. Unless the Court subsequently finds in Full or Part in your favour, in which case the fee payable shall be those ordered by the Court with a MAXIMUM PAYABLE BY OURSELVES of £5000.
For the avoidance of doubt and as an example;  a case commenced in, say, New York under US/NY laws joining a MEMBER OF STAFF to the action would attract a MINIMUM FEE of £18000.

This is to ensure our legal and other costs are protected and to avoid slander, libel, spurious, reckless, unjustified or minimal claims capable of simple resolution being commenced against us.

Changes

GO20 LIMITED [UK] reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If we make changes that are material, we will let you know by posting on our website, or by sending you an email or other communication before the changes take effect. The notice will designate a reasonable period of time after which the new terms will take effect.

We will try to provide at least
30
days notice prior to the effective changes. If you disagree with our changes, then you should stop using our Services within the designated notice period, or once the changes become effective.

Your continued use of our Services will be subject to the new terms.
